Privacy policy

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Supplier data: business name, description, address and location, services and prices, and the photos you upload.
• Content you post: reviews and ratings, and the suppliers you save as favourites.
• Approximate location: if you allow it, the apps send a coarse location (about 3 km) so we can show suppliers in your wilaya. You can pick a wilaya instead.
• Usage data: pages and stores viewed, contact taps (call, WhatsApp, email), a device identifier sent by the apps, and technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
• Analytics and crash data: on the website, Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner. The apps use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To show supplier profiles, reviews and search results, including results for your wilaya.
• To give suppliers statistics about views and contact requests on their store.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, for example by rate-limiting sign-in attempts.
• To understand how the service is used and fix errors.

What is public

A supplier's store (business name, description, location, services, prices and photos) is public. Your reviews are public with your name. Your email, phone number and password are never shown to other users, unless you are a supplier and choose to show contact details on your store.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, analytics and crash reporting), under agreements that limit their use of it, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

The website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery, and remember your language and theme. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them: Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga…, kept up to two years) to count visits, and if you arrived from an ad or a campaign link, 3lia also keeps that campaign's name for 30 days to count sign-ups per campaign. No ads are shown and nothing is sold. Google processes the analytics data. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer, which also deletes these cookies.

How long we keep it

• Account data: while your account exists. After you delete your account it is erased 30 days later.
• Sign-in sessions: removed 30 days after they expire.
• Store views and contact taps: removed after 90 days.
• Reviews: kept after account deletion, shown as written by "Deleted user".

Your rights

You can access and correct your data from your account at any time, and delete your account from the app or the website (see the account deletion page). You can also ask us for a copy of your data or object to a processing by writing to support@3lia.app. You may lodge a complaint with the Algerian national authority for the protection of personal data (ANPDP).

Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.

Children

3lia is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes and contact
