Terms of use

The service

3lia lets couples discover wedding suppliers and contact them directly. 3lia is not a party to any agreement between you and a supplier: prices, availability, quality and payment are agreed between you and the supplier, and 3lia is not responsible for them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not impersonate anyone.

Suppliers

• Your store must describe a real business that you own or are authorised to represent.
• Prices, services and photos must be accurate and up to date, and you must own the rights to the photos you upload.
• A listing imported from public sources can only be taken over through 3lia's verification process.
• Premium features, when offered, are described with their price before you subscribe.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the supplier. Fake reviews, reviews of your own business, and reviews offered in exchange for a reward are not allowed. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, sexual, misleading or infringing content.
• No spam, scraping, automated access or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No use of contact details found on 3lia for unsolicited marketing.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give 3lia a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and adapt it (for example resize photos) in order to run and promote the service, for as long as it is on 3lia.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell you why when we can.

Liability

3lia is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, 3lia is not liable for indirect damage or for the acts of suppliers or other users.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Algerian law, and disputes fall under the competent Algerian courts. We may update them and will change the date above; continuing to use 3lia after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@3lia.app.
