Delete your 3lia account

You can delete your 3lia account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or from this website. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
In the app
- Clients: open Account › Edit profile › Delete my account.
- Suppliers: open Account › Edit account › Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password and tick the acknowledgement.
On the website
Sign in, open your account, choose Delete my account, and confirm with your password. If you can no longer sign in, email support@3lia.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
What happens next
- You are signed out on every device straight away.
- A supplier's store is hidden from search and from its public page straight away.
- Your reviews stay visible but are shown as written by "Deleted user".
- For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in again and you will be offered to restore the account.
- After 30 days your account, profile, store, services, photos, favourites and statistics are permanently erased.
What we keep
Your anonymous reviews, and technical security logs that are kept for a limited period. Nothing that identifies you is kept once the 30 days have passed, except where the law requires us to keep it.
